ACTIVATION BY TELEPHONE Working with Office 2016/19/21 Pro/Proplus/HS/HS If you experience difficulties Activating your Software Online, follow the steps below to Activate your Software product by Telephone… 

1 After completing the step up, start any Office program i.e. Word or Excel,–etc To open the activation wizard. Go to File>> Account>> Activate Product 

2 Select: ‘I want to activate the software by telephone’.  

3 Select your county/region from the dropdown (ie. United States).  

4 Type Installation ID code in a NotePad 

Note: Make sure you type it correctly (7 digit x 9 cells)  

5 Visit following Website https://getcid.info/

And Enter the Installation ID and Click Get

6 Wait to you see the Confirmation ID Generate  

7 Enter number sets into the text boxes from A to H

8 After you have entered the number sets

 Hit ‘Next’ and then ‘Finish’. [Congratulations, you’ve successfully activated your product by telephone !]
