Delivery and Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation email. If you have already paid you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email will contain your invoice and the second email will contain a download link for your products, as well as the license keys you’ve purchased. The product delivery is done by email address. If you have not received any of the above mentioned emails you can contact us at: support@thetopsoft.com or thetopspftco@gmail.com.
Order confirmation is immediate.

  • Invoices are dispatch within 1-24 Hrs of your payment.
  • Fulfillment of your order and allocation of the products will be done within 6-24 hours of your payment.

Note: for other Physical products you will get the tracking number with 2-3 days from payment confirmation
